My Seniors' Prom...

I know I'm always raving over my Seniors, but seriously they are the coolest.  And once they become a client I seem to follow them around all year capturing parts of their life.  Prom is one of my favorite times. So I wanted to share a few of them here even though they're all over facebook, lol.  I keep being reminded that not all mom's are on facebook.  If you are look me up : )

Crunch Time!

Okay, whew what a marathon this is going to be.  I'm headed out of town for a fabulous E-session in the next few.   Just wanted to post a couple from a recent and update everyone so here goes.  The rest of the Senior albums should go up by the end of next week ( I can here you scream for joy Christal) I have an adorable Bday boy's album going live at the beginning of the week.   I have three senior orders that will be in and One that still needs delivering.  If you haven't placed Senior Invite orders do so by the end of next weekend. And OMG I have a recent family session that I'm just dying to get my editing hands on.  They're gorgeous Kay = )

And for another major announcement, MV Prom is Saturday!!  Yah, Prom rocks.  I will be doing some sessions on the side.  I just couldn't be everywhere at once so I've set up this awesome location and if your interested just drop me a line on facebook or email.  I'm afraid spaces will be limited because of time restraints so first come first serve so to speak.  I'll have some Promo pics soon but  this little jewell of a car will be there =-)

 

 

They'll never take me alive...

All sorts of quotes run thru my head when my Last Senior brought the coolest getup.  I could have took pictures of him all day with this look.  Of course he would have said, "Forget about it" lol.  Of course Ethan could have said, "I'm gonna make him an offer he can't refuse" in his Marlon Brando impersonation.  We hit some super cool locations and Ethan was a fantastic assistant ;-) who can tag along anytime and keep the pigs dogs beat off.  Not bad with the camera himself.  Aaron I had a great time and thanks for being so open to all my ideas.  It really makes my job RoCk!!

Kindred Spirit...

I can't even begin to tell you thrill I had in meeting this Senior!!  When she pulled out her Free People catalog for inspiration I was just giddy!  This tickled her but seriously I was like a kid in a candy store.  You see Kelsey is sooo my stlye as a photographer.  I look to Anthropologie  and Free People  for inspiration.  And if I was even a little rich I'd be one of their best customers because I'm so in love with their things although I really can't pull off the Free People look.

So back to the Senior Artist, I have two more clients before editing your session  and I'm super excited about what we came away with =-)  Remember the suitcase?  I'm posting two variations.  I love the feel of them both and the outfit is what made it work ;-)   Thank you Kelsey for being true to you.....

I could not be more thankful for the many blessings that fill my life.  And you are a part of that.  I love being able to share 'life' being captured with images.  Thank you so much for popping in every so often.  I hope to get caught up soon so that I can stop in myself and post more ;-)

I'll have some other sneek peeks of this great Senior.  I have to say, I was thrilled at all of his different interests.  I love that he plays the guitar and he is super awesome on his dirtbike(motorbike?).  He's got trophies to prove it ;-)  He's also got the greatest personality.   So, he very easily became one of my  Favoritest (doubt that's a word) Seniors.....

 

 

Virginia, this is about all the fall leaves that were left, lol, so this one's for you.

 

Okay, I have to clarify, that although I think it's super cool that he races a motorbike, I do not in any way wish to see either of my sons on one.  I don't know how his mother can even breathe watching him on it!

 

and last, I want to share a very special person.  Always a pleasure to be around you Jordan.  Your happiness just makes my day when I see that smile.  Thanks for hanging out with us, Lov ya girl ;-)

Hiking involved...

It was all good though, right Aubrey?  What a sport this girl is, bugs?  no bother, poison ivy? nah, standing in ice water? piece of cake with a smile too.  Love you for that girl :-)  I think all in all your mom's going to be thrilled with the images.  This sneak peak is long over due so I hope you enjoy them and I can't wait to share the rest.

 

 

BTW, keep us in your prayers this week.  Mom goes for another treatment and then sees the Dr Wed.  and Desra is getting very impatient with her injury keeping her from playing ball.  (Small trivia I know, except in her eyes)

Favoritest guys

This is one of my favoritest (is that even a word?) guys of all time.  He's just so easy to be around and I know God's going to bless him all through his life.

and I realize Urban Texture isn't for everyone but I think all Seniors deserve an Album cover designed for them...
